Mudgeeraba Cemetery

Mudgeeraba Cemetery is owned and operated by the City of Gold Coast. The lower part (0.75 hectares) was donated to the City by the Laver family in 1936. The City also acquired additional land for cemetery use and the cemetery now encompasses a total of 9.5 hectares. Mudgeeraba Cemetery is located in the Gold Coast hinterland and offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for your loved one's final resting place. The cemetery is situated on landscaped grounds with plenty of trees and gardens, making it a beautiful place to visit. Its popularity means there are limited burial sites available and there is currently no ability to pre-purchase sites, availability is at need only. Mudgeeraba Cemetery offers monumental sites, ashes gardens (single, double and family)
